Truxaw and Associates provided civil engineering services, land surveying, and subdivision services for a new freezer facility in the City of Vernon, California. The project limits fell in both the City of Vernon and the City of Los Angeles. As a result, all plans were submitted for approval by both agencies as well as the County of Los Angeles. Truxaw remained in constant communication with the project developer, architect, and agency contacts to ensure project approval.
