This 25 acre promenade includes 43,000 square feet of fine and casual dining, a 5,000 seat theatre, a food court, retail uses and 2,500 parking spaces. Truxaw managed all public construction improvements as required by the City of Orange. Improvements included street widening, a new traffic signal, a public water system, landscaping and a regional storm drain. Truxaw worked with the city redevelopment agency to gain support, approval and funding for design and construction of the public infrastructure.
