Under contract with the City of Orange, Truxaw’s team completed the aerial and land surveying, civil engineering, soils engineering, structural engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture and right-of-way engineering for The City Drive and Chapman Avenue critical intersection. The $3,000,000 project included a traffic study, property acquisitions, roadway realignment and widening, parkway landscaping and private parking lot modifications. Adjacent to UCI Medical Center, this intersection now flows uniformly with minimal wait times. The Truxaw team remained in constant communication with the City of Orange to ensure project approvals as well as responses to RFPs during construction.
